Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. MedNotes has no account and uploads nothing.
How do backups work?
In Settings, create an encrypted backup secured by a password you choose, then save or share the file. Restoring adds its contents to your library. Keep the password safe — a backup can't be recovered without it.
I forgot my app password / can't unlock.
MedNotes unlocks with your device's Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. If your device authentication works, the app will open.
